Chandigarh 01^st Aug:- Women suffering from involuntary discharge of urine (incontinence) and looseness of pelvic muscles now have option for treatment other than surgery.

Sharing this information Dr Preeti Jindal, Renowned Gynecologist, IVF Expert and Director of The Touch Clinic Mohali said that more than 50% women suffer from involuntary leakage of urine with passing age.

She said that women suffering with vaginal laxity experience urinary incontinence and it also reduces the pleasurable sensations during sexual intercourse, leading to loss of sexual desire and embarrassment. They have constant backache, feeling of something coming out from vagina & dragging sensations.

Dr Preeti Jindal informed that most sexually active women suffer from vaginal laxity at some point. She said that lifecycle processes such as childbirth, hormonal changes that accompany aging and severe weight fluctuations can overstretch vaginal tissue, damage the pelvic floor, damage collagen and alter the mucosal tone of the vaginal wall ; thus leading to vaginal laxity, urinary leakage & backache  in many women.

Also with age muscle weakness sets in and leads to urinary bladder weakness. Normally kiegel exercises are advocated for this but they are usually not that effective and people are not able to do them properly.

While earlier surgery was the only available option to solve the issue, now there is walk in non invasive treatment available for these issues in the form of HIFEM Highly Focused Electromagnetic Technology (EMSELLA) is latest Technique.

Chandigarh 01^st Aug:- आम आदमी पार्टी प्रदेशाध्यक्ष नवीन जयहिन्द ने प्रदेश में हर रोज उजागर रहे घोटालों पर खट्टर सरकार को घेरते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश भाजपा के घोटालों के बोझ तले दब गया है,  ओवरलोडिंग के नाम पर पांच हजार करोड़ का घोटाला , खदान घोटाला , 1 हजार करोड़ रूपये का हरियाणा रोडवेज घोटाला , 3 सौ करोड़ रूपये का एसी-एसटी छात्रवृति घोटाला, भर्ती घोटाले, फर्जी डिग्री घोटाला | अगर खट्टर सरकार ये घोटाले बंद करे तो हरियाणा एक 2 करोड़ लोगो को सस्ती व 24 घंटे बिजली मिल सकती है | दिल्ली में रहने वाले एक आम परिवार को  न तो बिजली का बिल भरना पड़ रहा है , न पानी का , सरकारी स्कूल जो प्राइवेट स्कूलों से कही ज्यदा बेहतर है,  फ्री दवाइयां मिल रही है | न्यूनतम मजदूरी हरियाणा में जहाँ 9 हजार रूपये है वही दिल्ली में 15 हजार रूपये मिल रही है |  एक किसान को हरियाणा में  गेहूं का  समर्थन मूल्य 1840 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल मिल रहा है वही दिल्ली के  किसान को 2616 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल का भाव मिल रहा है | जिससे एक किसान को उसकी मेहनत के लिए हर वर्ष 15520  रूपये तक प्रति एकड़ ज्यादा मिल रहे है  | इस तरह से दिल्ली में रहने वाला एक परिवार आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार में 10 से 12 हजार रूपये की बचत हर महीना कर रहा है |

Chandigarh 01^st Aug:- आम आदमी पार्टी प्रदेशाध्यक्ष नवीन जयहिन्द ने रोहतक में पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द ने आजादी के महीने में दिल्ली वासियों को बिजली के बिलों से आजादी दिलाई है | हर दिल्लीवासी को अब 200 यूनिट फ्री मिलेगी | हरियाणा में जहाँ 200 यूनिट का बिल करीब एक हजार रूपये आता है वही दिल्ली में जनता को एक भी पैसा नही देना पड़ेगा | अगर दिल्ली में केजरीवाल सरकार ऐसा कर सकती है तो हरियाणा में खट्टर सरकार क्यों नही कर सकती | प्रदेशाध्यक्ष ने आगे बताया कि इस स्कीम के तहत दिल्ली में 33 लाख परिवार लाभ उठायेगे | पुरे देश में एक मात्र दिल्ली है, जहाँ 24 घंटे और फ्री बिजली मिल रही है |

नवीन जयहिन्द ने कहा कि हरियाणा में न तो 24 घंटे बिजली आ रही है और जो आ रही है उसका बिल जनता की जेब में आग लगाने वाला आता है |  अगर हरियाणा में भी आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार जनता लेकर आती है तो 24 घंटे बिजली व फ्री बिजली दी जाएगी | यह सब हरियाणा की जनता को भी मिलना चाहिए लेकिन भाजपा सरकार नियत ठीक नहीं है | आम आदमी पार्टी गरीब है लेकिन सरकार अमीर है वही हरियाणा में भाजपा की पार्टी अमीर है लेकिन जनता के लिए काम करने की बारी आये तो इनकी सरकार गरीब हो जाती है |जनता का भला करने के लिए इनकी सरकार के पास पैसे नही है |

Chandigarh Housing Board Introduces Certification about No-Violation in Dwelling Units

Chandigarh 01^st Aug:- As per existing instructions, in cases where no misuse/building violations are reported (as per the record), the information furnished by the applicant in the application form of transfer of dwelling units with affidavit of the Transferor and Transferee are being relied upon. In all such cases, fresh inspection reports are not insisted upon and transfer of the dwelling units are allowed based on such declarations. However the transferee continues to be liable for all the building violations either existing at the time of transfer or made subsequently.

It has been observed that in some cases, transfer of the unit was allowed on the basis of such declarations but subsequently certain misuse/building violations were observed. When actions against such violations were initiated by issuance of Show Cause Notices, the transferees felt cheated by the transferors via submission of wrong declarations/affidavits.  They report that such violations existed at the time of transfer of the dwelling unit. Therefore in such cases, the existing owner/occupant (transferee) is liable to remove the violations failing which he/she will bear the consequences like cancellation of allotment etc.

To overcome such situation and to protect the innocent buyers, the Chandigarh Housing Board has decided to provide an optional mechanism where the Transferor and the Transferee may jointly apply for an inspection by the CHB and obtain a certificate clarifying no violation at that point of time. For this purpose a joint application, with a fee of Rs. 5000/-, may be submitted by the Transferor (existing owner) at CHB. Further, on physical inspection will be conducted and a certificate will be issued by CHB.  However in case of any violations carried out subsequent to the physical inspection, the transferee will continue to be liable for the same.

Chandigarh State AIDS Control Society organizes Awareness Program of HIV/AIDS

Chandigarh 01^st Aug:- Chandigarh State AIDS Control Society organized an awareness programme for Creating Awareness on HIV/AIDS and Drug Addiction for the employees of KFC, Sector–8, Chandigarh today at the seminar hall of KFC, Chandigarh.

Dr. Vanita Gupta, Project Director, Chandigarh SACS said that HIV is a disease that does not discriminate. Anyone can contract this disease, which is why it is important for youth to be aware of how to protect themselves and prevent the transmission of HIV.

Chandigarh SACS has build up a plan to conduct awareness programmes at places where youth works and likes to visit often. Today an awareness programme was conducted where the youth was given basic knowledge on HIV/AIDS. They were made aware of different aspects of the HIV like- how HIV or Human Immunodeficiency Virus weakens the immune system by destroying important cells that fight disease and infection. Over the time, HIV can destroy so many of your T-cells or CD4 cells, a key part of the immune system, that the body can’t fight infections and disease anymore. When this happens, HIV infection can lead to AIDS.

Dr. Jitender Dahiya, AD (SPM), CSACS informed that HIV is found in specific human body fluids. There are very specific ways that HIV can be transmitted through body fluids.

• During sexual contact. You can contract HIV through anal, oral, or vaginal sex. During sexual contact, you have contact with your partner’s body fluids, which can deliver the virus into your bloodstream through microscopic breaks or rips in the linings of the vagina, vulva, penis, rectum, or mouth.
• During pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding. Babies can contract HIV through the contact they have with their mother’s body fluids—including amniotic fluids and blood—through pregnancy and childbirth. Infants can also get HIV from drinking infected breast milk.
• As a result of injection drug use. Needles or drugs that are contaminated with HIV-infected blood can deliver the virus directly into your body.
• As a result of occupational exposure. Healthcare workers have the greatest risk for this type of HIV transmission because they may come in contact with infected blood or other fluids through needle sticks or cuts.

He also sensitized the youth about the modes of HIV prevention. Condoms and IEC Material was distributed.  An open discussion was held at the end of the programme where participants came up with queries and myths. They were also made aware about a national toll free HIV Helpline number 1097.
