By Samachar Vishesh News
Chandigarh 23rd Jan, 2019:- Rajni Gill Suyach is a young NRI, who has dual citizenship of USA & Canada and is married in Chandigarh. Rajni is pursuing her MBBS degree from Rajindera Medical College, Patiala. However, the beautiful, graceful and of course intelligent Rajni has fashion in her blood. Though she is not trained formally in fashion designing, it is something which comes naturally to her. Her forte is 'trousseau ensembles'. Trousseau is the collection of different attires that a newly-wed woman takes to her new home after marriage.
The time Rajni got after devoting long hours studying medicine, she devoted to serve discerning clients from her home studio in Sec 5, Chandigarh. But now her dream of having a full-fledged designer studio has been realised, with the unveiling of 'Raajiaya's' - her flagship outlet in Chandigarh's posh Sec 8 inner market.
Rajni Gill Suyach,  a student of medicine turned  fashion designer, said that 'Raajiya's' is positioned as tricity's one-of- a-kind trousseau destination. She is focusing mainly on trousseau wear. Brides to be and family of the bride can come in and pick out outfits for any occasion. All in one studio. We will also customize cuts and embroideries as per client requirement.

An exclusive preview for media of the spacious & opulent 'Raajiya's' studio and a sneak peek into 'Raajiya's' remarkable designer wear was held.  The swank & brand new designer studio will showcase exquisite designer wear for the wedding season.  Her bridal collection has a range of shararas, anarkalis, cape style gowns, Indo-Western gowns, bridal dresses et al.
Rajni added that the USP of my designer wear is quality of fabric and handicraft. She use 100 per cent pure fabrics like Crepe, Silk, Georgette, Velvet etc. Her team of experienced artisans then create elaborate designs with  embellishments using embroidery materials such as Dabka, Napa Dori, Zari, Cut Dana, Mukaish etc.

'Raajiya's' has been designed by Rajni and her husband. The visitor experience  at 'Raajiya's' is quite satisfying thanks to the classic touch given to the interiors. The inner ambience is inspired by the era of Maharajas and there is a royal feel to all elements & decor used in the store.
Rajni has a back up of 20 artisans, who are all hand embroidery experts and 7 people in the stitching department. The designer wear starts at Rs 10,000 and can go up-to Rs 3-4 lakhs. Not just traditional and heavy work base outfits, 'Raajiya's' also has pieces which can be best described as 'ethnic wear with a twist'. In these, there is a wide array of fun and quirky outfits for the younger lot and even regal wear for the classy ladies.
Rajni sums it up by sharing her thoughts about the bridal couture trends this wedding season, We have had brides ask for customisations to add a special something representing their love story, which she finds very personal. These tiny personal touches make the outfit entirely one's own.
