HDFC Bank organises Employee Sports Competition Josh Unlimited

Chandigarh 10th November:- HDFC Bank Ltd., today organised the 7th edition of its annual sports competition for employees of Chandigarh region. Known as Josh Unlimited, this event is the flagship employee engagement initiative which the Bank undertakes to promote fitness and overall well-being among its employees through sports. It was launched in Srinagar in September and will be rolled out in over 35 cities across India in the coming months.
The event was held at Tau Devi Lal Cricket Stadium, Panchkula. Over 550 employees and their families participated from Chandigarh as well as neighbouring towns such as Mohali, Kurukshetra, Ambala City, Patiala, Gobindgarh, Bathinda, and Cheema. The event also saw enthusiastic support from families of the employees.
In Ludhiana, the event was held at Punjab Agricultural University, Ferozepur Road. Over525 employees and their families participated from Ludhiana as well as neighbouring towns such as Ferozepur, Moga Muktsar, Talwandi Bhai, Faridkot and Fazilka. The event also saw enthusiastic support from families of the employees.
The Chandigarh edition of Josh Unlimited 2018 was inaugurated by chief guest Yograj Singh, Indian Cricketer and Actor in the presence of Jatinder Gupta, Zonal Head, Chandigarh, HDFC Bank; and other senior bank officials as well as participants.
The Ludhiana edition of Josh Unlimited 2018 was inaugurated by chief guest Mr. Arun Dhand, International Badminton player and Iqbal Singh Guliani, Zonal Head, Ludhiana, HDFC Bank in the presence of other senior bank officials as well as participants.
Vineet Arora, Branch Banking Head, HDFC Bank said that our employees are our greatest strength. Sports plays a big role in their overall health and well-being, which is of utmost importance to us. He is happy that we have this excellent platform at HDFC Bank, which gives the employees in the Chandigarh region the opportunity to not just compete but also build team spirit and camaraderie.
