Chandigarh 31st July:- The 4th edition of Eloquence, an Inter School
Declamation Contest was hosted by DAV-8, Panchkula. 18 teams from leading
schools across the region participated. Contestants could be seen vocalizing
over sensitive and diverse topics. Chief Guest was Dr. Puneet Bedi, former
Principal MCM College Sector-36, Chandigarh. The trophy was won by Bhavan Vidyalaya,
Chandigarh.
