Public School, Sector 7-B, Chandigarh celebrated ‘The 73rd
Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan with great enthusiasm. The entire premises
were decorated with tricolour balloons and streamers hung everywhere. The sight
itself was so inspiring and instilling patriotism in everyone.
This auspicious occasion was celebrated with a festive
spirit. The programme comprises of patriotic songs, dance, poems and speeches.
The students made Rakhies for the soldiers and express their well wishes
through cards. Tiny Tots Girls of Play Way classes tied the Rakhi on the wrists
of Boy Students.
School Director Naveen Mittal and Principal Mrs. Sangeeta
Mittal extended their blessing to the students and encouraged them to follow
the footsteps of their freedom fighters and row the country towards progress
and prosperity with their valuable contribution as good citizens.
