Chandigarh Jan. 20, 2021:- All Contractual Karamchari Sangh
held a Protest Rally against Chandigarh Administration & No Political
Will at Rally Ground, Sector 25, Chandigarh on 21st January. Large numbers of
Contractual Employees and Outsourcing Workers gathered despite of Cold &
Fear of Covid-20.
Ashok Kumar, President of the Sangh said that All
Contractual Karamchari Sangh held Rally Due to non addressing of various long
pending demands of Contractual Employees and Outsourcing Workers in various
departments of Chandigarh. Various Union leaders addressed the rally and
extended their support to genuine demands. The annual calendar dedicated to
Rattan Kumar was also distributed among Workers.

Sangh said that the demands discussed in
Rally are exclusion of Manpower Services in Governmen -E- Marketing (GeM) and
Non- Replacement of existing Outsourcing workers and demand
of registration fees or 50% Share by Contractors from Workers in lieu of
Change of tender through GeM, Exemption in Advertisement of the sanctioned
vacant posts of Contract JBT,TGT,PGT, Lecturers, Assitant Professors, Clerks,
Lab Attendant, Senior Lab Attendents, Foresters, Forest Guard etc. on
which Contract Employees are working since long and adoption or making of
Regularization Policy 2011 of State of Punjab, Regularization Policy agenda
passed in M.C. and extension of Policy of Daily Wagers to Contractual Employees
in implementation of Supreme Court judgment of Uma Devi Vs State of Karnataka
(2006) as One Time Measure, Implementation of the clause 25(2) under CLRA
Act1970 and Gazetted Notification of Govt. Of India in the year 4th Sept 2019
in implementation of Hon'ble Supreme Court Judgment in case Jagjit Singh Vs
State of Punjab (2016) granting Similar Wage for Similar Work or
" Equal Work - Equal Pay to Outsourcing Workers in Chandigarh
administration, PGI, M.C, N. H.M ,D. C rates Workers, Data Entry Operators,
Computer Teachers, Counsellers or D.C rates to all categories of Staff working
under N.H.M Scheme, Enhancement of D.C rates for the year 2020-21, Re-engaging
of Outsourcing staff relieved due to non opening of Schools and Colleges, Grant
of D.C Rates and Medical Facility to Mid -Day Meal Workers & Asha Workers'
Staff in U.T. Chandigarh, Disbursement of salaries to Outsourcing Workers on
7th or 10th of every month, Grant of 15 Annual Leaves to Outsourcing Workers as
GeM terms and conditions, Registration of SPIC agency in GeM Portal and ban or
Secure Contract & Outsourcing System by means of Secure Policy.
